Soothing Turmeric Tea for Digestion/Stomach Inflammation

Ingredients:

  • freshly ground turmeric or 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp concentrated jasmine water or osmanthus or orange blossom water

  • 1-2 tbsp honey (don't use floral honey until it is made from honey because it's basically syrup, not honey, unless it is infused honey)

  • 4 oz of almond/oat/rice "milk" which is just concentrated nut water or rice water

  • 3 oz of non-dairy low sugar caramel macchiato creamer

  • 4 oz boiling hot water (205-220 degrees Fahrenheit)

Instructions:

  1. Add turmeric into 2 oz of hot water and steep for 5 minutes.

  2. Mix honey, then concentrated jasmine/osmanthus/orange blossom water

  3. Add add nut/rice "milk", then non-dairy low sugar caramel macchiato creamer

  4. Stir until mixture is homogeneous.
