Inspired by Flemming's Steakhouse.
Ingredients:
3 cups of heavy cream
1 cup of powdered sugar, pure white cane sugar
1 tbsp of Madagascar vanilla extract
Instructions:
Place 3 cups of coconut cream milk, followed by 1 cup of powdered sugar, then 1 tbsp of vanilla extract.
Use electric whisk to whip the milk into cream. Do not overwhisk or the texture will become thick like frosting, rather than light like whipped cream. You're essentially making your own cool whip!
