Ingredients:
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp of cinnamon
14 grams of granola
75 grams of high protein yogurt
Instructions
In a parfait cup, pour almond milk in first, then oats. Do not add yogurt into same container unless you have a cup that separates yogurt from granola.
Using a separate, but stack-able container, add 75 grams of high protein yogurt and top off with granola. Note that granola will be soggy if added with yogurt. You may want to add it right before you eat it.
