Ingredients:
1 lb salmon
1 tbsp white miso paste
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp garlic chili oil (Zindrew O.G. batch chili oil)
1 tbsp organic pure honey certified (be careful some brands is mixed with syrup made from sugar.)
Instructions:
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine miso paste, soy sauce, murin, and sugar.
Add salmon to bowl and let salmon marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Cook salmon for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Skin side up if cooking salmon steak.
In a separate mixing bowl, mix garlic chili oil with honey together.
Flip salmon. Using a silicon brush, brush on honey garlic chili oil onto the salmon.
Cook for another 5 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with steamed broccoli, carrots, green beans, and rice.
