Ingredients:
2 oz of rye whiskey (Old Forester)
1 oz of sweet vermouth
1 oz of cognac
3 drops of orange bitters
One medium orange (peeled, keep orange peels, sliced)
1 maraschino cherry
Sugar cube
1 matchstick

Tools:
cocktail shaker
whiskey glass
Instructions:
In cocktail shaker, mix whiskey, cognac, and sweet vermouth together.
Light whiskey mixture on fire using a lighter. Add one sugar cube. Melt sugar into whiskey.
Add orange bitters.
Using a matchstick, burn the tip of an orange peel and toss orange peel into whiskey. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Serve on the rocks or straight.
