Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 vanilla sugar
3/4 cup
pancake flour
4 egg whites
2 egg yolks
Tools

Serving size: 8
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add coconut milk, sugar, flour, and eggs into mixing bowl and mix the ingredients together using a whisk.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whisk the egg whites until a firm peak forms. Just like when you make your own frosting.
Slowly add the flour, milk, and egg mixture into the egg white mixture. Use a spatula to gently mix everything together.
Using an egg mold or pancake mold. Pour mixture to molds and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve with syrup and fruits. Yes, coconut everything. Coffee coffee, coconut creme brulee, and now coconut pancakes.
