Preparation: 25 minutes (20 minutes to marinate)
Cook time: 30-40 minutes (depending on thickness of the meat)
Ingredients:
Small/Medium Batch
2 lbs of pork ribs
1.2 oz Noh Brand Char Siu Powder (about half packet)
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 apple
1/2 onion
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
vegetable oil (to cook in Air Fryer)
diced or chopped onions (cook in Air Fryer)
Large Batch
4 lbs of pork ribs
1.2 oz Noh Brand Char Siu Powder (about half packet)
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
6 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 medium sized apple
1/2 medium sized onion
1/2 cup oyster sauce (or homemade stir fry sauce, recipe in separate page)
1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce (thin)
1 tbsp sesame oil
vegetable oil (for cooking in Air Fryer)
diced or chopped onions (for cooking in Air Fryer)

Air Fryer
Instructions
Grind up 1/2 apple and 1/2 onion. Set aside.
Coat ribs with Char Siu powder only
Mix apple onion mixture with sugar, onion powder, chicken bouillon, oyster sauce, Korean BBQ sauce, and sesame oil (optional) in a large mixing bowl or large bowl, except vegetable oil and diced or chopped onions.
Coat the ribs with sauce and mix in well.
Let sit for at least 20 minutes.
Drizzle vegetable oil on Air Fryer tray, top with diced or chopped onions.
Place ribs on top of onions.
Cook in Air Fryer at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes each side. Total of 30-40 minutes.
