Buffalo Shrimp Dip

Modified recipe from a man taken over a decade ago. I can't find his recipe online anymore.


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 lb of shrimp

  • 5 tablespoon of buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

  • 8 oz of creme fraiche

  • 8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese

  • 8 oz of mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 tbsp of garlic

  • scallions

  • salt

  • pepper

  • blue cheese (to garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. This is optional, but you can quickly saute the shrimp with onions and garlic on a skillet or wok. Otherwise you can just mix everything together at once.

  3. Next mix in the cheeses (except the blue cheese) with buffalo sauce and Worcestershire sauce and lightly sprinkle salt and pepper. Add the shrimp into the mixture.

  4. Toss into oven for 15 minutes and it's ready to serve. If shrimp is not sauteed, cook for 25 minutes.
