Ingredients:
8 oz bird's nest
4 oz jujubes/Chinese red dates
2 oz lotus seeds, let soak overnight
2 oz lotus root slivers, let soak overnight
2 oz Azuki red beans, let soak overnight
4 oz jackfruit
4 oz lychee
4 oz palm seeds
4 tbsp brown rock sugar
8 oz coconut milk
1 liter of water
Instructions:
In a large pot of boiling water, place red beans, lotus seeds into pot.
Once beans are 75% cooked, about 20 minutes, lower the heat. Cooking time depends on whether you are using a gas or electric skillet. Once beans are cooked, add bird's nest, lotus root slivers, jujubes, jackfruit, lychee, palm seeds, brown rock sugar.
Once sugar has melted, add one 8 oz can of coconut milk. Stir in carefully, and let simmer for 10 minutes on medium low heat.
