Ingredients
1 lb of elbow pasta
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of Sartori merlot bellavitano
1/2 cup of Cheeseland Two Sister's Isabella Gouda
1/2 cup of Murray's smoked cheddar
1 tbsp of garlic
1/2 onion
6 oz Murray's Sopressata Salami (chopped/sliced)
6 oz Genoa Salami (chopped/sliced)
Instructions:
In a pan, on high heat, sauteed onions and garlic in butter. Lower the heat immediately.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Layer pasta first, then cheeses, repeat layers. Top layer should be cheeses and meats, then panko flakes and smoked paprika.
Bake for 10 minutes.
