Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 fillet white fish
3 oz tempura batter
2 eggs
4 tbsp unsweetened coconut powder
4 tablespoon panko crumbs
Instructions:
Pat fish dry with paper towel.
Whisk eggs. Set aside.
Pour coconut powder, tempura batter, and panko batter into separate baking pans or plates.
Dip a fish fillet in coconut powder
Dip the fish fillet in tempura batter
Dip the fish in panko bread crumbs
Spray vegetable oil on fish.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Flip fish after 8 minutes. Spray cooking oil. Cook for another 8 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Serve with sweet chili sauce, cucumbers, tomato slices, and with salad or rice.
