Ingredients:
1 cup low sodium peanut butter
1 cup vanilla coconut sugar
1/2 cup cookie butter or nutella
1 egg
Tools:
Mixing bowl
Non stick baking sheet
Fork
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together.
Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place inch apart on ungreased non stick baking sheet.
Using a fork, flatten each ball of cookie dough in a criss cross pattern.
Bake for 10 minutes. Edges should be firm.
Let cookies cool on baking sheet until it is completely firm.
